These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By booking a service with Quipair, you agree to the following:
1. Service Charges
- A visit charge of ₹250 applies for every technician visit.
- If the problem is minor, our technician will fix it within this charge.
- For major repairs or parts replacement, additional charges will be communicated before proceeding.
- Service charges are non-refundable once the service is completed.
2. Booking & Payments
- Bookings can be made via website, call, or WhatsApp.
- Payment must be made after service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or as informed by the technician.
3. Warranty & Guarantee
- Warranty is applicable only on parts replaced or repairs specifically mentioned by Quipair.
- Warranty duration varies by service or part (e.g., PCB repair, motor replacement, compressor repair).
- Warranty is void if:
- Appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service.
- Damage is caused by mishandling, water damage, power fluctuations, or external issues.
- General servicing and inspection do not carry any warranty.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide correct details (address, contact number, appliance type, and issue).
- Ensure safe access to the appliance for inspection and repair.
- Electricity, water supply, or any required utilities must be available during the visit.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If a booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please inform at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Last-minute cancellations may still incur a visit charge.
6. Liability
- Quipair is not liable for any consequential or indirect damages caused by appliance failure.
- We are not responsible for issues arising due to pre-existing appliance damage or manufacturing defects.
- Quipair is not responsible for loss of data (for smart appliances/LED TVs) or food spoilage due to refrigerator breakdown.
7. Use of Website
- Content, text, and images on quipair.com are the property of Quipair.
- Copying or reusing without permission is prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
